If you've found yourself drooling over OEM BMW Motorsport parts, the GT tray found on the 1995 M3 is probably one of those parts. Before the GT tray, there was the 318is/4 Class II front spoiler (tray) offered to sedans only. This tray was a similar but different design and an alternate part to further strengthen it was tray struts. These struts were otherwise known as "Halter Abtrieb Satz" and had a BMW part number: 2266023. Production for these ended many years ago and originals can be difficult to find.

These replica struts are made from OEM BMW parts. Not only do these fit as exact OEM replacements for the 318is/4 Class II tray, but they also work for the Coupe GT tray.
The images shown with the struts installed are with the GT tray (this tray can fit Sedan or Coupe). You can use these struts with OEM tray mounting or with the MSportParts hardware tray mount kit that allows you to bolt the GT tray to a Motion Motorsports underpanel.

*Please note: The tray struts are only to be used at full extension of your tray. 95mm for OEM mounting and up to 115mm with the Motion Motorsports panel mounting kit. They can be easily removed if you run your tray retracted on the street.
