Complete Vortech Supercharger Rebuild Service
V1, V2 and V3 superchargers are covered under this service. That includes the trim
levels within the versions (S. Si, T, Ti, etc).
- $700 Rebuild service includes
- Disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning
- OE style seals from superchargerrebuilds
- Koyo bearing set from superchargerrebuilds
- New stainless case bolts, stainless volute bolts, pulley retainer, and volute retainers
- Fitting and plug cleaning
- Full assembly
- Return Shipping UPS Ground
- Vaporhoning is an optional service while apart ($100 extra)
- In many instances I will also replace anything that is dingy not listed
This service is mainly tailored to BMW supercharger owners that have a good condition Vortech supercharger that needs standard reseal and bearing rebuild. Damaged
impellers, cases, gears or otherwise will be handled on a case by case basis and will require additional parts cost.
Any Vortech V1, V2, V3 can be rebuilt and doesn't need to be specific to a BMW as the chargers are generic in their fitment.
